When registering to participate in Connect South Asia 2025 you (the “Attendee”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

Event Accommodation
Overnight accommodation is not included in the registration. Attendees are asked to arrange their own accommodation as required.
Travel
Travel is not included in the registration. Attendees are asked to arrange their own travel as required.
Information Required by the Attendee
The Attendee must provide InfoConsulting with certain information to participate at the CONNECT South Asia 2025. This includes information such as name, contact and job information.
Such information as presented above shall be provided by the Attendee to InfoConsulting through the registration form for the CONNECT South Asia 2025.

Registration Cancellations
All cancellation notifications should be emailed to uthpala.kumara@infoconsulting.com
Hotel cancellations do not form part of InfoConsulting responsibility and will apply as per the individual hotel T&C’s available on the accommodation booking page of the registration site.
Event Alterations/Postponement/Cancellation due to Force Majeure
Event Alterations: It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of InfoConsulting to alter the venue, content or the timing of the program. We will endeavor to keep you abreast of such changes.
Event Cancellation: In the event of cancellation due to Force Majeure InfoConsulting will not be responsible for reimbursement of airline fees and/or accommodation expenses. InfoConsulting reserves the right to transfer in-person conference registrations to a virtual conference.
Event Alterations/Postponement/Cancellation at InfoConsulting discretion
Event Alterations: It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of InfoConsulting to alter the venue, content or the timing of the program. We will endeavor to keep you abreast of such changes.
Event Postponement: Should the proposed dates for CONNECT South Asia 2025 be cancelled due to Force Majeure, we will endeavor to reschedule the event. InfoConsulting shall be relieved from any liability if, for reasons beyond the control of InfoConsulting, and without its fault or negligence, the CONNECT South Asia 2025 is postponed. Under no circumstances are we liable to pay any costs resulting from a postponement of the CONNECT South Asia 2025.

Use of images and personal data
By attending the CONNECT South Asia 2025, you acknowledge, agree and consent to as follows: (a) InfoConsulting has the unrestricted right to edit and use the footage it captures at the Connect South Asia 2025 for marketing and promotional activities in any format and for any other lawful purpose in the ordinary course of its business; (b) InfoConsulting has the right to use the Attendee’s name and picture for marketing purposes; and (c) InfoConsulting disclaims all liability for the capture and use of your image in any format by other Attendees or third parties at the CONNECT South Asia 2025.
